Through interdisciplinary perspectives, the course analyzes trauma’s etiology, manifestations, and therapeutic interventions. The course focuses on trauma-informed care, resilience, cultural considerations, and the neurobiology of PTSD.  It emphasizes evidence-based practices, ethical considerations, and the development of a comprehensive understanding of, and associated effective strategies for responding to trauma and PTSD.
