Program Description

Careers in Media Communications are in demand and PCC offers an affordable way for students to begin their education. The AG S Mass Communications Degree is designed to transfer to four-year universities. Course work includes general education classes and a variety of media courses. This program teaches you to think critically and develops your skills in media writing, television and radio production, advertising, videography, and web design. Media Communications is a flexibility field that allows students to work with a variety of organizations.

Career Options

Entry level jobs for which students will be prepared include: Media Broadcasting staff/assistant, Web designer/editor, Video Production aide, Marketing, Advertising, and Promotional staff. The intent of this degree pathway is to transfer to University. Please speak with Department Staff to discuss your options.
